ID Production Studios Changes its Name to Identity Production Studios in a new effort to rebrand the look of the Company
On January 15, 2018 ID Production Studios was ID no longer. Identity Production Studios is the new name of the company. In a statement by IDPS President, Isaac F. Davis, the new look "Focuses on what IDPS is all about. The old logo and name was outdated, archaic, and didn't represent the company as a whole. We worked with designer Gavin Pledger of Gavin Pledger Design Studios to come up with the new logo. We are incredibly excited to elevate the company to the next level. A new look is a big part of that step."
The company created a video showing IDPS' new capabilities with slow motion & cinematography. Take a look below!
IDPS is now in the process of changing to the new name and logo. There are three types of IDPS logos that will be used in the near future to identify the studio. You can take a look at these renditions below. Make sure you follow Identity Production Studios on Twitter and Instagram for more behind the scene looks!
Today is a difficult day for those who have been apart of the IDPS family both in the past and present. IDPS Mourns the loss of John Van Bergen who was a very close friend of IDPS founder and president Isaac F. Davis. There are many memories of productions that go way back to when both were classmates in fifth grade.
The news of his passing is very difficult for many. It's extremely difficult for the Van Bergen family and our president of the company. IDPS will dedicate a film in his honor sometime in the near future to commemorate his life and the people he affected.
Below is a screenshot taken in 2014 during production of the Monuments, Memorials, and Museums project IDPS was apart of. There is also an official statement from the IDPS President below.
"Today IDPS mourns the loss of an individual who influenced the creative vision of the company in its first years of development. Today we honor John Van Bergen in the humblest way we know how. IDPS will dedicate a film in his honor sometime in the near future. Please keep his family in your thoughts as we come together and commemorate his life. John, you will forever be in our thoughts. Rest in peace old friend."

From first time director Hassaan Abdus Saboor comes a short film centered around the relationship of two life long friends that lose their way. This short film is unique in many ways. Early on the director wanted to form an all-female cast in the pursuit of empowering young ladies in the cinematic world. The short film also features no dialogue! It is completely silent with all focus pointed to both visuals and sound. Something most first-time directors wouldn't even consider.
The short film "Untied" was completely shot in Williamsnburg, James City Country, and Yorktown with much of the shots coming from the locally well known Yorktown River State Park. Short Film Initiative (Director Hassaan Abdus Saboor's upcoming production company) and ID Production Studios (Isaac F. Davis' (President) Upcoming Production, Media, and Distribution Company) worked in close proximity with one another to deliver the best-produced film both companies have created to date.
Director of Photography Michael Lemley (President of World Productions) lent his impeccable expertise to make every frame sleek and smooth throughout the film. Additional shots were also filmed by IDPS President Isaac F. Davis. Both of which had no access to professional grade production rigs, dollies, or gimble stabilizers.
